15 Min Yoga For Flexibility

In today's yoga class for flexibility, we will focus on improving our flexibility in the hip region of our body. This can help us achieve more advanced yoga postures, such as the middle split. Building flexibility takes time and dedication, so it's important to listen to your body and stop if you feel any discomfort or sharp pain. The first pose we will do is called the happy baby pose. To get into this pose, lie on your back and bring your knees into your chest. Grab the outer edges of your feet with your hands and gently pull them toward your armpits. Engage your core and press your lower back into the mat. Hold this pose for a few breaths, feeling the stretch in your hips and lower back. Incorporating these hip-focused poses into your regular yoga practice can help improve your flexibility over time. Remember to listen to your body and stop if you feel any discomfort. Practice regularly and with patience and you will be on your way to achieving your flexibility goals.
